Conditions Regarding Cancellation

Bookings essential on all tours and packages. 25% deposit required within 2 days of confirmation of a tour,and 50% for tour / accommodation packages, with the balance payable 30 days prior to your arrival.

Should any tour be cancelled by the client more than 30 days before the date of the tour, all monies less $100 per person administration fee will be refunded. Where accommodation was included, late cancellations will require $200 - per person, per night administration fee.

No monies will be refunded for cancellations of less than 30 days.
Cheques to be made to: 'Barossa Daimler Tours'.

If the forecast temperature is over 35 degrees Celcius for the day of the tour, the Daimler may need to be replaced with our modern Mercedes and appropriate refunds applied.
